Cooltime Services LLC is proud to invite you to our preventive maintenance program. Our professional service technicians are trained to service and repair your HVAC systems efficiently in order to prolong the life of the system and to keep untimely breakdowns from occurring.

  • Save Money – A clean system is an efficient system. You can save on your utility bills by having annual check-ups and cleanings.
  • Cooltime Services Rewards – As a member of our Cool Club, you will receive Priority service, a 15% discount on service repairs, a 5% discount on equipment replacement, and a discounted service/diagnostic fee if you have any issues between annual visits.

Seasonal Tune-Ups

The program includes two seasonal inspections each year, and we will call you to schedule for your convenience.

The annual cost is $159 for the first system and $129 for each additional system.

Spring Tune-Up
  • Inspect condenser and evaporator coils
  • Inspect blower wheel
  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Check thermostat calibration
  • Inspect controls and safeties
  • Check blower and condenser fan motors
  • Inspect condensate and secondary drains
  • Check capacity range
  • Check all air filters
  • Check duct work for air leaks (visible)
Fall Tune-Up
  • Check temperature rise
  • Test safety controls
  • Inspect exhaust vent system
  • Inspect gas connections
  • Inspect burners/heat exchanger
  • Check sequencers and relays
  • Check induce draft motor
  • Check combustion air
  • Check all air filters
  • Check duct work for air leaks (visible)
